Процесс сканирования и расположение органов
Начинайте с седьмой чакры над головой, сканируйте энергетическое поле или ауру.
Перейдите к шестой чакре и просканируйте мозг, носовые пазухи и лицо, глаза и нос, затем уши и зубы.
Просканируйте пятую чакру: шею, горло, плечи, а затем предплечья и кисти.
Перейдите к четвертой чакре: сердце, бронхи, легкие и груди.
Далее просканируйте третью чакру: желудок, желчный пузырь с правой стороны (слева при сканировании другого человека), печень с правой стороны (слева при сканировании другого человека), селезенку с левой стороны (справа при сканировании другого человека), а затем поджелудочную железу с левой стороны (справа при сканировании другого человека).
Сканируйте вторую чакру: толстую кишку, которая лежит под желудком; если вы женщина (или работаете с женщиной), сканируйте яичники с правой и левой сторон и матку; а если вы мужчина (или работаете с мужчиной), — яички и простату; а затем мочевой пузырь — внизу по центру.
Перейдите к первой чакре: просканируйте позвоночник, правую и левую почки, нижнюю часть толстой кишки, а также бедро, голень и ступни.
Затем просканируйте эндокринную систему: надпочечники, тимус, щитовидную железу, гипофиз и шишковидную железу.
Просканируйте лимфатическую систему, систему кровообращения, нервную систему и костную систему.
